Currently living in Houston, we were looking for a quiet retreat and a gorgeous beach. We found both in Grove by the sea at 250 Andalusia. We own two other vacation homes in Galveston and New Orleans.
The Owner purchased this house in 2011
We loved the natural flora and fauna and the peaceful feel of the neighborhood. Yet, it is 1 mile's walk to bustling SeaSide's restautants, coffee shops and activities. The two pools, tennis courts and playground are bonuses. We also love having our own private pool to ourselves.
Walking to SeaSide, laying out by the pool, quick drive to multiple restaurants, close to Publix Supermarket, Quiet beach, well kept neighborhood, porches. Our living/dining/kitchen area is larger than most we found when house shopping. This is why we grabbed this one!
