Splash!: Splash is a great resort built with children and adults in mind! There is really no reason to leave. There is something for everyone. You can enjoy the warm sunshine while lounging around one of the resorts beautiful pools, with your favorite drink in hand, or the sugary sands of the Gulf of Mexico. If you do decide to leave, Splash is conveniently located to all of Panama City Beaches newest attractions. Pier Park is located 2 miles east of the resort. Pier Park is an outdoor mall, with specialty shops, restaurants, movie theater, amusement rides for the kids, and anchor stores like Dillard's, JC Penney, and Target. If you are in town for a ball tournament, Frank Brown Park is just down the road. There is a short cut to Back Beach Road to avoid the beach traffic. Weather you decide to eat out or in, you will be within minutes of some of the best restaurants in Panama City Beach or there are grocery stores within 1 mile of the resort.
Unit 1005W: Unit 1005W is newly remodeled with new carpet, furniture, and paint. We strived to make this unit feel just like home, while at the same time, making you feel that you are in the lap of luxury. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs and seating for everyone. Whether you are taking a break from the sun to enjoy a snack or an evening meal, you can eat while enjoying great views of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has one of the most comfortable king size beds. You can relax with your children or stretch out on your own and enjoy watching television or sleeping in. The large 42 inch flat screen in the living room is perfect for watching ball games or movies with your family. All of your linens are provided with the exception of beach towels, you will need to bring those. Check us out! You will not be disappointed! It is a very clean unit, directly on the Gulf of Mexico.
About us!: My husband and I recently purchased some rental properties in Panama City Beach because, we fell in love with the beaches all over again. We each vacationed here as children and when our children were young, but had not been to PCB in a long time. Upon returning here after a few years and seeing the changes the city has made, we decided that PCB did have 'the worlds most beautiful beaches'. The beaches are wide and clean. We love being right on the beach, and not having to cross the street with sand buckets, towels, cooler, floats, and three children in tow. There is nothing like having an unobstructed view of the Gulf right off your balcony and being able to walk right out onto the sand at your resort.
