This snowbird-friendly home enjoys a secluded location in the woods away from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet close enough to Rockport (six and a half miles away). If you decide to travel to town, you will discover numerous restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Some local attractions worth visiting include Murph Park, Fulton Fishing Pier, Fulton Mansion State Historic Site, Goose Island State Park, Festival Grounds At Rockport Harbor, Texas Maritime Museum, The Big Tree, and Rockport Beach Park. Aransas County Airport is only one and a half miles away for added convenience.

This charming home is ideal for small families, couples, and even solo travelers looking for a splendid and breezy place to stay. Outside, enjoy a shaded patio with seating and beautiful tree-lined vistas. The air-conditioned interior offers a welcoming open floor plan seamlessly combining the living and dining areas and the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with major appliances and essentials to prepare tasty homemade meals. The living area boasts a welcoming sofa and a smart TV where you can curl up and stream your favorite series and movies. Additional on-site perks include a washer/dryer and a dog bowl.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
