About Barbara and Menno Good
We're retired and always dreamed of owning a lakefront home. We are grateful to realize our goal!
Barbara and Menno Good purchased this house in 2013
Why Barbara and Menno Good chose Kunkletown
It only takes us an hour and five minutes from the Lansdale interchange of the northeast extension of the turnpike. For those living near this interchange, friends and family can easily come for day visits during vacation.
What makes this house unique
Relaxing deck chairs watching geese, ducks, birds, deer, an array of rhododendron and mountain laurel around our home and throughout the community. Lake sparkles with ripples most of the time (unless covered with ice and snow in the winter). Many hummingbirds and other birds and wildlife. The open floor plan with lake views from the great room, kitchen, master bedroom is breathtaking. It's wonderful watching the fire in the fireplace (electric insert). The full basement is 1950 sq. ft. is a game room with skee ball, foosball, air hockey, pool, ping pong, regulation shuffleboard, and a number of other games.
Guestbook comments from the manager
This is such a beautiful house! We enjoyed the view of the frozen lake, and the deer each morning as they slipped and slid across it. Spent all of our time tubing/snowboarding around Blue Mountain--we had an amazing time! Thank you so much!!!
