Our condo will offer all the luxuries needed for a fantastic vacation The condo features amazing views of the bay and sunsets for 180* panoramic view. Ocean view from entrance. Each bedroom has its own cable TV and ceiling fans.Living room has 52 inch LCD with HDTV.DVD . High Speed Internet. Includes private access to outdoor pool and fishing pier. The building has an elevator and wheelchair ramp. 2 parking spaces will be included. This condo is on 10th st, and you cannot beat the location in downtown Ocean City Maryland. Situated 2 blocks from the famous Ocean City boardwalk and beach and other downtown attractions!! We are also within walking distance to various shops and restaurants. Next to the White Marlin Pier. WE DO NOT RENT TO SENIORS FOR SENIOR WEEKS. This property is also NON-SMOKING and NO PETS are ALLOWED. Sorry for any inconvenience.

The moment you enter the condo, you see the incredible views. The sunsets are beyond awesome. This condo is professionally decorated and beautifully furnished and maintained. We enjoyed the fireplace on the cool nights.
It is a perfect location...central to everything...just park the car and walk to the beach. This condo was beyond our expectations. It is the only place we will be staying while in Ocean City.

Larry was great to work with and very responsive! We would highly recommend this property!!!

Perfect Luxury! March 2013

This penthouse condo is loaded with luxury! Huge spaces, beautiful bay views, full kitchen, comfortable furnishings, pampering master-bath. CLEAN!

Descriptions were accurate; Larry was a perfect host and answered all questions promptly. Crabcake Factory and Sunset Grille are musts! Even "off-season" Ocean City has plenty to do and great food!

The balcony is perfect from morning-to-night. Close to I-50 and away from the beach-crowds but close enough to walk to the sand! We will return again.

This was a beautiful condo on the Bay side in Ocean City. My family loved the location; the boardwalk & beach were only a few blocks away, and we spectacular views of the bay each night. Also, Larry was wonderful help during our stay, answering any and all questions.

Very beautiful and spacious! Condo is well maintained and close to everything. Some nights you don't need to leave because the balcony is so relaxing!
My children loved every minute and that was a big plus!!!
Larry was very helpful and made sure we were satisfied the day we arrived and the day that we left. He even returned our cleaning deposit within one day of us returning home! I will be staying again next year and hopefully more!! Thank you!!!

AMAZING!

This condo was Amazing!!!!! We had a great time during our four-day stay.
The house is clean, spacious and the kitchen well equipped with utensils, plates, glasses and silverware.

The house creates a nice, homey feel. It is walking distance to the board walk and the beach, and it is very quiet. The best part was the view of the sunset on the bay from the balcony. The pictures on the web site do not do justice to the views - the views were much better in person, truly breath taking.
Larry was very friendly and answered questions promptly.
If we were to go back to Ocean City, we would definitely rent this place again.
