Brick and limestone private house located on a quiet tree-lined block. This apartment has all the modern amenities to make your stay a pleasant one. Beautiful bay window that fronts the apartment, large kitchen, bathroom and bedroom to aid in a sense of luxury while on your vacation or whatever brings you to New York. The apartment is conveniently located about three blocks away from the subway line which can have you into Times Square in about 25 minutes. All of Brooklyn Museums are closely and conveniently located to this location.

Crown Heights has a long history and is widely regarded as one of the richest architectural areas in Brooklyn with many brownstones and brick and limestone houses. We are situated on Eastern Parkway with Prospect Heights and Bedford-Stuyvesant, as well as Stuyvesant Heights, as our walk-able neighbors. Park Slope and Flatbush are both within walking distance as well. The local 3 train stop is right around the corner about 3/4 blocks walk. You can transfer to the 2, 4, or 5 trains which will take you to different sides of Manhattan (about 20/25 minutes) at Franklin Avenue.

LOVE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT NY AND THIS APARTMENT

I had a fantastic stay at Kay’s Apartment!!!

Kay was really easy to work with. She always gave me fast and great e-mail answers and she really took the time to explain and give extra information for everything that I needed. My flight got in earlier then expected and all I had to do was call and she found it not a problem to come right when I landed. She was even so kind as to wait for me outside when I came. Automatically you get a sense of home as her apartment is beautifully decorated and looks as good in person as it does in the pictures, I was in shock for awhile of how classically designed it was but with a modern touch. Kay is a genuine heartfelt person who was always available when I needed her, which really was never but if I did I can guarantee that if she wasn’t available to assist me there was someone who could!

Its extremely convenient even if you’re not driving, the train station is literally 3 blocks from her home and about 15 minutes to Manhattan, very central and I loved that about this place. Regardless of what is said about Brooklyn, Kay’s home is in a great neighborhood and as a 24 year old female I felt very safe even walking at 2am.

When ever I come back to New York Kay's place is the only place for me! You won’t be disappointed, I guarantee! The price is also a true bargain for an apartment of this quality!

My wife and me stay at Kay`s apartment for 15 days, it was comfortable and pleasant. The apartment is lovely and very well-mantained, it is perfect for a couple.
It is situated in the center of Brooklyn, very near of Prospect Park and with the subway just 3 min walking. Kay, Thank you for be a great owner and for made our stay so private. Very Very recommended!!!!!!!!!!.

A friend and I loved our stay at this property. We were attending a workshop in Manhattan for a week, and it was great to come back to this cozy apartment after the hustle and bustle of the city. Very nice neighborhood, just a short walk from the 3 train. Kay was very nice and made us feel right at home without bombarding us. I would definitely stay here again. Awesome stay!

A friend and I stayed here for a week while attending a conference in Manhattan. I felt right at home here and was happy to come back to a cozy apartment instead of a hotel. Kay was so welcoming and made us feel safe without bombarding us. I was very pleased with the location- just a short walk to the 3 train. I would definitely stay here again!
Owner's Response: Emilie an her girlfriend stayed with us for about a week, and it was quite safe for two young women who were here to attend a conference and experience Brooklyn, since they had visited NYC previously.

Pleasant stay

This apt. in Brooklyn is perfect if you are planning to visit New York for a couple days. Me and my boyfriend stayed for a week and went everyday to Manhattan by subway. This took us approx. 30 minutes.

The apt. is spacious and has everything you need. Unfortunately the dishwasher didn't work, but furthermore everything was OK.
