Real estate developer and broker dividing time between the mountains,coast of NC,Florida and NYC.I have bought homes in several resort locations and rent them when I am not there.

We have been in Highlands since 1974 and loving every minute.Now we are involved in businesses that take most of our time.

What makes this house unique

Peaceful and quite.The community is gated and secure with its own security force.Watch the golfers or enjoy the river just out from the door steps.Lots of fish and ducks you can see from the suspended deck.And of course the cool summer temps.

I and my wife leased for 90 days and it was a dream.We spend our time in Palm Beach and this was heaven during the hot months of Palm Beach.Highly recommend.Close to town.
