Rent this spacious 2157 sqft luxury condo in downtown Ocean City. NO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, COLLEGE GROUPS OR RENTERS UNDER THE AGE OF 25. 1 block from the Boardwalk and Beach. The building has an elevator. Excellent location, near the inlet, walk to the beach and boardwalk, amusement rides, local bar and restaurants. Park your car and walk to everything. There are 2 reserved parking spaces under the building. Largest unit in the building, former model unit, located on the top floor. It has high ceilings throughout, family room 18 foot cathedral ceiling, an open floor plan, wide doorway and hallways. The family room has slider to balcony with view of the ocean. The master bedroom also has slider to balcony. There are 4 large flat screen TVs, wall mounted. The 50 inch flat screen HDTV is in the family area. Full size washer and dryer. Free WiFi internet access. Keyless entry. Families with children welcome. NO SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED.

The Best Location in OC

If you want a clean, spacious and convenient location in OC, this is the place. The owners -- Chui & Mui -- are great. The condo is spacious and is "kid" friendly. I highly recommend this condo and we will be back!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay.
The condo was clean, large and great located.
We had fun in the ocean waves.

There’s no Quebecer in Ocean City ( or little) !!
I’m surprise, I don’t know why. This is far less than Virginia Beach and the boardwalk is more beautiful.
I’ll recommend this place.

This condo was amazing! Great location! Very clean! The owners are also very helpful and will help you with anything questions you might have! Off street parking! Layout of the condo is perfect! Much bigger than the pictures even make it look! One block from the boardwalk. Walking distant almost anywhere! I would visit again!
