This house which was built in 1994 is located in a sunny and quiet location above the village centre. It is located at the end of a blind alley and therefore there is no go through traffic. The yard in front of the house offers space for 5 cars. There is also a garage place. The ski area is nearby which can be reached on foot with the gear in 10-15 minutes. The residential house is divided into 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a living room and a billiard room. The living/kitchen area is on the middle floor. It is connected with the upper floor which has a television room through a gallery. A big dining table offers space for 10 people. There is also a fireplace and an open kitchen with bar which offer perfect conditions for a cosy togetherness. The 4 bedrooms have each a double bed and the bathrooms are equipped in luxury. From the dining room you directly reach the partially roofed big and sunny terrace.

Lenzer-Valbella is located at 1500 m above sea level and is surrounded by Lake Heide and also by 2 valleys which lead to the ski and hiking area. In the centre of the village you find a big choice of restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. From the bus stop in the village centre there is a sport bus for free which goes every 15 minutes to all valley points of the ski resort. In the village and in the near surrounding there are different sport facilities, e.g. inartificial ice lane, artificial ice lane, swimming pool, fitness centre, golf course, tennis/squash, Lake Heide etc, a number of sport activities. From the house it is a 200 m distance into the village centre and it is 500 m with your ski gear if you go on foot or via the village centre with the bus who doesn’t charge you.

Notes: 3 bed rooms with big double beds (180 cm wide) and also 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. In the big bedroom at the top there is also a double mattress for 2 additional people (max. 10 people). There are safety devices for children regarding the stairs. Bed linen and towels can be offered by the house. On the ground floor is a billiard room as well as a living room with a small library whose use is included in the rental price.

good view from the terrace of the house: From there you have a good view at the mountain range of Bündner as well as the ski and hiking area.

Ski: The ski resort in Lenzerheide-Valbella which is on 2 valley sides with ist highest summit on 2865 m above sea level offers 150 km well-prepared ski slopes. These slopes have all levels, including numerous children slopes. The ski resort is ideal for both, skiers and snow boarders. The slopes, especially the slopes at the snow guaranteed of Rothorn are open from the beginning of December until mid-April. The surrounding of Lenzerheide-Valbella offers 50 km slopes for cross-country skiers, which includes also an illuminated night slope.

Golf: In direction of Lenz you reach the 18-hole golf course by car in 5 minutes. This course is located in a lovely mountain area. A further course can be found in Alvaneu which is 20 minutes by car away from Lenzerheide. It was set up in 2004.

Wir haben leider nur ein Wochenende in diesem schönen Haus verbracht und waren nach drei Tagen traurig wieder fahren zu müssen. Das Haus ist wunderbar eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Die Lage ist geradezu perfekt für Winter-und Sommersportler. Einziger negativ Punkt ist, das der Wunderbar angelegte Kamin leider nicht zum Feuer machen geeignet ist. Der Rauch verqualmt in kürzester Zeit das gesamte Haus. Gerne möchten wir wieder ein paar Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbringen. Auch noch sehr positiv zu bewerten war der sehr nette Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig geschnitten und bietet genug Platz für 8 Personen, ohne das man sich bei schlechtem Wetter auf der Pelle hockt.
Die Bilder bzgl. der Lage täuschen etwas, das Haus liegt nicht alleine sondern inmitten eines Wohngebietes, was aber nicht stört. Verschiedene Wanderwege sind in 3-8 Minuten vom Haus aus zu erreichen. Der Weg ins Dorfzentrum dauert gut 5Min., der 'Aufstieg' natürlich länger. Auch am Heidsee waren wir in gut 10Min. zu Fuss. (Zeitangaben unter Vorbehalt, nur 'gute' Geher!)
Die Ausstattung war (, ausser Trockner) so wie beschrieben.
Der Vermieter war im Vorfeld sehr freundlich. Da wir keine Probleme hatten, brauchten wir ihn nicht mehr kontaktieren.
Wir können Willy's Hytte jederzeit weiterempfehlen, wir (, das waren 7 Personen u. 2 Hunde) haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!
Besonders Gäste die gerne wandern und bergsteigen (, oder Mountainbike fahren) sind in Lenzerheide gut aufgehoben. Aber auch für Familien mit Kindern wird viel geboten, aber auf die Preise achten. Bergbahnfahren z.B. ist horrend teuer! Das sehr hohe Preisniveau merkt man auch in den Restaurants und Hütten.
Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant 'La Scala' !
