House is 2 NOT 3 bedroom

I contacted the owner of this property on multipe occassions and indicated that my party was 5 adults, a toddler and an infant.
The so-called third bedroom is at the back of the garage, requiring going through the garage, up a flight of stairs to use the bathroom. There was also an odor in the basement that rendered it unfit for sleeping.
This meant that one or two adults were forced to sleep on a fold out in the living room for the week.
Additionally, there are really no "ocean views" from this property except for a very distant one from the master bedroom.
Except for the misrepresentation about the sleeping quarters and the ocean views, the house was nice, although not as clean as I would have liked considering that I paid a cleaning fee.
The house is a manageable walk to the beach and linens are provided.
There is a market nearby but for a grocery store, you will need to travel 15 to 20 minutes. For real dining, the same holds true.
My family enjoyed the area but we were very disappointed by the untruthfulness of the owner regarding the property.
Owner's Response: In response to the disappointed vacationer, we were quite surprised by her comments. Denise and I have done an excellent job renting our home. We provide just about every amenity a family on vacation would need. Our home is approximately four years new and meticulously maintained. We received positive feedback from everyone who rented our home and we are very happy that several of the families are renting from us again this year.
