Our property management company, Covenant Properties was founded several years ago when it became apparent that many families were tired of paying higher and higher prices for vacation accommodations. Since then the luxury home vacation rental business has virtually exploded around the globe. South Florida, which has always been a destination for vacationers, has experienced a demand for home rentals that is unprecedented. Covenant Properties has grown to become one of the larger, well-respected property management companies in the area. We offer quality, luxury homes to the families that are looking for a home away from home at reasonable rates and managed professionally. These homes are typically two to five bedrooms, most with upscale amenities such as a pool, waterfront and near one of our pristine beaches. Great Place to Stay

We had a great time staying here. The house was very clean and had lots of space. We only stayed for three nights but could've easily stayed much longer considering that the house comes with everything you need to feel at home.

We also enjoyed pool and tiki bar bar area; such a perfect place to relax after a busy day out sightseeing.

The AC unit is the only thing we'd change. You can't change it below 75 degrees which is warmer than we'd like (especially in FL). Other than that everything was perfect and we'd recommend this place to anyone.

We have visited the area on business for 16 consecutive years always renting a house in preference to 2 hotel rooms. Our aim has always been to enjoy standards of comfort we have at home in the UK - but better weather. This house is the best yet, every positive comment made in other reviews are correct. A quiet, safe neighbourhood, every amenity you could wish for, down to the last detail. What on the web may look attractive too often is a disappointment but not here. This owner has real concern for the enjoyment of her guests. We will know in Oct if visit no. 17 is on - first point of call will then be to see if this house is available.

What a gem!

Subsequent to a Caribbean cruise, my husband and I wanted to rent a house for a few days to meet with my nieces, nephew and sister-in-law who travelled from Sarasota. We found the perfect home away from home with this beautiful property. The accommodations were immaculate, we had everything one could ask for, all of the creature comforts were extremely well supplied, absolutely nothing was overlooked, down to the beautiful fruit and muffin basket and welcome sign greeting us upon arrival. I would definitely suggest staying at this lovely home and will be sure to recommend in the future.

Simply The Best

This home is all you need for a great vacation. It was more than we expected. The home was very clean, well stocked with anything that was needed, and very comfortable. To date, this is absolutely the best place we have had the opportunity to stay in. In addition, Jan & Tom are great to deal with are very accomodating. Looking forward to coming back.

THIS HOME EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY. JAN, OUR HOST, WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL. THE HOME WAS CLEAN, NEATLY DECORATED AND SPACIOUS WITH MANY EXTRAS. THE BACK YARD AND POOL IS A TOTAL VACATION IN ITSELF WITH PLENTY OF CHAIRS AND SHADE FOR RELAXING.
