This is truly a jewel of a vacation spot in the premiere Crescent Beach Club. The complex is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico in prestigious Sand Key, known for its sugary white sand, pristine emerald water, terrific shelling, and fabulous restaurants. This gated complex offers amenities comparable to luxury resorts; with an elegant formal lobby, club room, billiard room, fitness center and indoor hot tub that looks out to the beach, sauna, men's and women's locker rooms with individual steam rooms, heated oceanfront pool and spa, tennis courts, gulf front BBQ grills, 24 hour security and unassigned under building parking. This community is ideally located - close to downtown Clearwater & Largo. It is also within walking distance to fabulous restaurants, Sand Key Park, and shopping.

Unit 5A is an extremely roomy three bedroom two and a half bath unit with 2125 square feet of comfort on hand to escape your everyday life. The views from this unit are breathtaking and feature both the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal. The living room sports a substantial L-shaped couch with plenty of seating for a family or guests. There is an oversize flat screen television for your enjoyment in addition to an adjoining balcony. The kitchen is appropriately equipped and highlighted by newer appliances, a breakfast area and its spaciousness. The three bedrooms are all decorated with vibrant, colorful quilts and present pleasing sleeping arrangements with two king size beds and a queen rounding out the 3rd bedroom. The bathrooms and closets are atypically large compared to most rental units, an added bonus for sure! The master bath even has a garden tub overlooking the Gulf and double sinks are always a welcome addition. The unit has a washer and dryer in the unit along with beach chairs and a cooler.

Recreational amenities include unlimited use of 2 real beach bikes (not the Walmart cheap ones), a tandem kayak, a kid's kayak, a paddleboard, life jackets and paddles for these, bean bag toss game, boogie boards, and skim boards.

About Jeff & Gina

Raised in central Florida with fathers working at the Kennedy Space Center, we both have a lifetime of fond memories of beach days, beach escapes, beach getaways, and funfilled family beach vacations. Our love of the ocean spans decades as does our romance. High school sweethearts (married for 28 years and counting) and fellow UF graduates, Jeff and Gina have four children. Jordan attends Orangewood Christian High School; while Josh, Jake and Jared go to FSU. Jeff has owned an Allstate Insurance Agency since 1990, achieving the highest company award of Top in Country. He also did consulting for 4 years with both Allstate Corporate and individual agencies countrywide; streamlining processes, increasing production, incorporating inventive marketing, maximizing potential revenue, and stressing customer service. Soon after having their fourth child (4 in 4 years), Gina “retired” from her actuarial position to assist Jeff and raise their lively bunch. With a recent house full of teenagers, Gina likewise knows a thing or two about particular “customers”. We have built our home on faith, family, and fun; and strive to build this company on the same.

Spacious three bedroom condo. Very clean, new carpet. Beautiful views of the Gulf and beach, including Gorgeous sunsets!

Great location. Steps from restaurants, shops, beach and pool.

The management team was great. Thorough instructions and responded quickly to any Questions.

Winter get away from cold Ohio

Loved the corner unit's views of both ocean and inter coastal. A bit outdated but clean and spacious. Great to have 2 king sized beds in one unit. Limited parking spaces were a problem. Dirty windows diminished the great view. We cleaned some ourselves. No DVD players. Some cushions on balcony furniture were in very poor condition. No one told us about fitness center availability. There were phones in the unit but they were not functional.

Beautiful and Spacious

A little dated but spacious and well maintained. This corner unit offers great views. Fantastic location for access to downtown Clearwater and local bleaches. Would defiantly consider this unit again on future visits.

Jeff and his team where hands on and accommodating to ensure our stay was a success.

Local must try restaurants include Columbia (1241 Gulf Blvd - 5min walk), Crabby Bills Indian Rocks Beach (10 min drive - 401 Gulf Blvd) and Cristino's Coal Oven Pizza (10 min drive - 1101 South Fort Harrison Avenue).

needs updating

pretty setting but outdated decor and dirty carpet which led to a less than impressive first impression. the condo smelled musty when we first entered ... but the condo was clean. the condo was spacious with nice views ... would have been nice to have the kitchen open up to the living area, big kitchen and new appliances, needs dvd player, all windows need to be washed every week for new tenants, only had two keys for the four of us ... which made it difficult using the elevator and getting into the condo. the fitted sheet for the bed in the master bedroom did not fit properly. owner/property manager provided good service in preparation for our arrival. enjoyed eating at palm palvion, frenchy's rockaway grill, island way grill, and waterfront pub. unfortunately i cannot recommend this condo to my friends and relatives.

Spacious relaxing getaway

This spacious condo has great views of the setting sun on the ocean side as well views of the inter-coastal harbour. The checking-in/ unit entry process was very easy. Each of the three well-appointed bedrooms had very comfortable beds. There were sufficient linens and towels supplied. Newer flat screen TVs in each bedroom and a large screen TV in the living room worked flawlessly. We were able to easily connect our computer and memory sticks to the TVs to view our own movies, but a Blue Ray player to view rented materials would have been nice.

The kitchen had a large supply of dishes, cutlery and cookware. Geared towards coffee drinkers it seems with both a grinder and a decent coffee maker, tea drinkers are forgotten. There are several teapots and many china cups, but no kettle to boil water which forced us to use a pot. All appliances worked without incident. We found the unit was clean, quiet comfortable and easy to relax in.

There is plenty of parking available, most of which is covered (we were told to park wherever we liked) Entry into the complex is well controlled by security guards.

Although the beach is suggested to have sugary white sand, in reality Sand Key Beach has a lot of small sea shells making barefoot walking a challenge - bring your sandals and be prepared to sun on a cot and not directly on the beach. Cold water temperatures prevented us from going into the water, but it seemed the beach was sandy at this point and would be very good for swimming. Clearwater Beach, about 3 miles away, does have sugary white sand and is easily reached using the Jolly Trolley which runs every 30 minutes with a stop very close to the condo. A day-ticket costs $4.50 ($2.25 for seniors) and is the preferred way to travel. Parking at the beach is limited and metered.

There is a small shopping plaza, an easy ? mile walk or drive from the condo that has several mid and high-end clothing shops, a Dunkin Donuts and a great Spanish restaurant (Columbia - try the fresh grouper or 1905 salad) as well as a deli and souvenir shop.

We would return to this unit and do recommend it to those looking to unwind and relax.
