It is in the best location of Jerusalem, only a few minutes away from the Western Wall of the Kotel. It is in the Ben Yehuda Street, the main street of Jerusalem. It is a unique, luxurious residential condo on Rabbi Akiva street, within short walking distance of The Great Synagogue, Yeshurun Synagogue, Cultural Centers, David Citadel and King David Hotels, and Independence Park.
The unit is very spacious, it can accommodate up to 7 people. There is also a sofa in the Living Room where a little kid could sleep.
The unit features a Washer and Dryer and enough linens and towels to accommodate the guests.
Wow! What a pleasant stay! This gorgeous brand new private condo was exactly what we needed. Its ultra luxurious and fully fully fully equipped. The location is AMAZING, right off of ben yehuda street! The building is brand new so the amenities like the spa are to die for. Will definitely return!
Staying at the Jerusalem of Gold building in this apartment was even better than expected. As a family of 5, staying here was not only more convenient and less expensive than a hotel but also truly felt like a home for the time we stayed there.
Security - amazing. 24/7 guard. Galid was so nice and accommodating. Nissim the manager on duty was always available and met us at the apartment upon arrival.
Parking - underground and easily accessible.
Location - can't be beat. Two blocks from Ben Yehuda. Within walking distance of Mamilla Mall and the Old City and within walking distance of great restaurants (Foccaccia Bar, a very good kosher sushi restaurant, Aroma, a pizza place and a burger place and Spagghetim are all literally around the corner). Also there is a beautiful park and playground across the street.
Building - 5 star pool that is as luxurious as the pictures. Nice Gym. Beautiful, clean locker rooms. The building also has many common rooms including a theater with about 1000 movies, a billiards room, a video game room and a kids activity room for very young kids.
The apartment - beautiful and lots of space. Two big bedrooms and two bathrooms. A beautiful, modern kitchen with everything you need. There was a pull out/cot but the couch was so big and comfortable that our 10 year old slept on it very comfortably.
The entire experience was great. We will definitely rent this unit again when we go back to Jerusalem.
Great facilities and location. 10 minte walk to Old City and 5 to the shook. Clean well appointed apartment onfirst floor. Nice spa ang pool that is lare enough fr swimmers. Far better value than hotels for a family.
Condo was dirty. Beds sheets were not changed, bathrooms were not cleaned, old towels. Had to wait a day for cleaning services. Poor management co.

The property was more than adequate in terms of space, amenities, and location. However, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of this apartment. The floors were dirty and the bath mats had not been washed. The only other problem was that there was no internet connection for the first two days because, apparently, the owner of the apartment had not paid the bill. I emailed the rental agent and, after a couple of tries, they discovered and fixed the problem.
