Underground parking ensures you never have to scrape the snow off your car in the winter months, and AC keeps the whole place cool in the summer.
Please note this unit only has 1 underground parking spot. There is no underground parking for RVs, trailers or trucks with sleds. There is a shovel on the deck for snow removal.

Please note there is some development work being done on the retail buildings at MacKenzie Plaza, please do adequate research before booking.

The new Mackenzie Plaza is centrally located, only a 5 minute drive from Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Downtown Revelstoke. Enjoy easy access to town on the designated bike paths or walk to the nearby shuttle stop and catch a ride.

The Revelstoke Resort Shuttle stops at MacKenzie Plaza and runs year round. MacKenzie Plaza is also on BC Transit Route 5. Visit their website for the current schedule and fare information.
Powder Paradise provides access to the property via a code for the lobby door entrance and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided the day of check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking spot.

Please note that for check-in's after 10pm, a late check in fee of $50 will apply.
Powder Paradise has two bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 1 king bed. The living room features a queen sized sofa bed, lounge seating, and a smart TV. Two full bathrooms allows for everyone to have ample space, and the unit also has a washer and dryer making long trips more feasible. The open concept dining area and well-stocked kitchen is great for cooking and hanging out after a long day of adventuring. The spacious patio has an outdoor dining area and a brand new full size hot tub.
HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Townley Street
- at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East)
- turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the second exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex
- you will be in the third building on the left, Building 3, Unit 3210

HIGHWAY 1 NORTH ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Victoria Road
- at the traffic circle, take your 2nd exit (Victoria Road)
- at the next traffic circle, take your second exit (4th Street East)
- turn left on the stop sign at Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the second exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex
