Enjoy your vacation at our beautiful sun-drenched, three story mediterranian-themed Siesta Key townhome which is steps to Siesta Beach with private access. Have fun playing,swimming, walking or relaxing on this beach, voted #1 in the USA in 2011. A 5 minute walk to Siesta Key Village provides access to numerous restaurants, a variety of shops and stores. Siesta Key is easily accessible via air (Bradenton/Sarasota International Airport-30 minutes) and major highways ( #75 and #41).
We have pleny of room for living, sleeping and having fun at 306 Beach Rd. Siesta Key. There are 3 well furnished bedrooms on the third floor. The master bedroom suite has a king bed and private bath. A queen bed is located in one guest bedroom and two twin beds are in the other guest bedroom.
The closets are large with built-in shleving and some are walk-ins. There are 2.5 baths, the master has a walk-in shower and separate tub. (Hair dryers in both full bathrooms). The washer/dryer is on the third floor, as are large storage and linen closets and a roll-away bed.
For dining and entertaining at home you will find a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, Jenn-Aire cook top and grill, oven, dishwasher, mircrowave and disposal, as well as many small appliances. The living room has a fireplace, cable tv, dvd, vhs, and seating for 8. The bright dining room seats 6, the attached balcony seats 4 more. The townhouse has 2 TV's with cable, free WiFi, an intercom/stereo system and 3 phones with free local calling.
Flowering grounds surround the first level of the house as well as the 2 car garage with ample storage and extra enclosed parking. In the garage you will find beach chairs, ice chests, children's beach toys, and the grill which can be used outside. (Florida Law prohibits its use on either the balconey.) The common, cobblestone patio is found between the 2 townhouse buildings and is a shaded area with seating. It also provides the pathway to the private beach.
Whether you are eating fresh seafood at local restaurants, enjoying an ice cream cone on an evening stroll, or golfing on the mainland, you will never run out of fun things to do in this beach paradise.
Our townhouse is managed locally by Beachside Resorts,5200 Ocean Blvd. (in the Village), Sarasota, Fl.34242. They handle all payments, checking in and out, maintenance, emergencies and cleaning which is $100.00-$150.00 per one week rental.
There is a 12% Florida hotel tax and a $45.00 damage insurance fee which covers up to $1500.00 in repairs. in addition to the rental rate. "Check in" is 3:OOPM and "Check out" is 10:00AM and rentals are Saturday to Saturday with a one week minimum.
There is NO Smoking. Only small dogs are allowed with owner approval and an additional fee of $150.00. Renters must be at least 25 years of age and show a state-ssued picture ID as proof. Only those listed as registered guests will be allowed overnight. Use of the elevator is limited to those who are handicapped and only by owner's consent. If the priavte elevator is broken or damaged, the repair is the responsibility of the renter.

$500.00 payment is due when making the reservation and the remainder is due 30 days prior to your arrival at the townhouse.

About The Owner
Our family has visited Sarasota and Siesta Beach for over 40 years. It has changed and is even better NOW! Grandparents, children and grandchildren love the Townhouse, Beach, Village and the many things to do here. We love the variety of restaurants in Sarasota and on Siesta, the short and easy Beach and Village access-NO NEED for cars- the warm, sunny weather and beautiful landscapes all year around. Can you tell we are from the North? We return home refreshed and rejuvenated, planning and waiting for our next visit to this "heavenly paradise".

Why The Owner chose Siesta Key
We owned a smaller house inland and decide to move closer to the beach. Because of the fast and easy access to the many activities and attractions when we found this home we decided to buy it. Because we all work and cannot live on Siesta we rent our townhouse. Hopefully, you enjoy it as much as we do.
What makes this townhome unique
When we are at 306 Beach Rd. as a family or with friends we tend to relax, do the things we can't do at home, especially in the Winter. We walk the dog to the Village to get our morning coffee and paper, sit around while staring at the clouds and blue sky and just plain relax. We shop (consignment stores are fun), go to the beach, golf, fish or read on the balconey, patio or beach. Some of us are more energetic and run or jog., We usually try to find a new snack shop or restaurant for dinner and enjoy an evening at Sarasot's world class arts centers. We love and value our time in Siesta Key.
