Bienvenidos a Casa de Luz! Welcome to our home, House of Light! Beautiful sunrises and sunset views give our condo great energy. Brand new on the rental market! We will rent as a 2 or 3 bedroom unit -- rates differ.
Our lovely LARGE (2000 sq ft/188 sq meters) ground floor 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is pool and water front. The beautiful morning light in the condo allows you to awaken with a cup of coffee while watching the boats cruise by from the new marina. A lovely breeze blows through the condo. Enjoy the sunset from our patio or drift off in the hammock while looking down the canal at the sailboats. Feed the schools of fish from the dock. Practice yoga in our living room or patio. Two bikes are included with rental.
After several years of looking for the right property to purchase in the Riviera Maya, we chose this condo due it's large size, great residential location, it's light-filled rooms and a constant breeze blowing throughout the unit. Being located in Puerto Aventuras makes it a safe upscale vacation location. Puerto Aventuras is a quaint, gated family-friendly town.
Our building, consists of only four condo units and is normally quiet. Our three bedrooms are airy and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and looks out through the living room over the pool and canal. The large walk in showers are tiled and have beautifully handmade mirrors. The two sofas in the living room can double as comfortable twin beds should you choose to sleep waterfront. The pool is 1 meter from our patio and looks out over the canal. Purified drinking water is delivered daily. Lush tropical gardens and a private parking space greet you upon your arrival.
An easy walk takes you to the marina, markets, shopping, restaurants, the beach, the caleta (inlet) or the main entrance from our condo. Kayak the canal to Bamboo for breakfast or an afternoon smoothie or paddle out to one of the beautiful coves for a swim. Bikes, kayaks or golf carts rentals can be arranged through us. Day tripping to nearby beaches, centoes and ruins is very easy via your rented car or public transportation. A car is not a necessity. PLAYA DEL CARMEN is 15 minutes to the north and TULUM is 25 minutes to the south. We are located right in the middle of XCARET AND XELHA! A major grocery store is just outside the main gated entrance to Puerto Aventuras and a wonderful fresh produce market sets up on Wednesdays and Saturdays in the main plaza.
On site international chefs or homemade delivered meals can be arranged along with pre-arrival provision shopping. Sightseeing and adventure tours can also be arranged through our property manager.
You will find it very easy to disconnect and relax in our beautiful condo. The energy is excellent for both body and soul!

I live with my family in the Washingon, DC area. For three years in the late 80's, I lived and worked in Cancun. Although I left the area, part of me remained and our family has vacationed in the Riviera Maya often since then. We decided to purchase a vacation home in 2011. After staying in many other communties up and down the Riviera Maya, we decided that Puerto Aventuras was the perfect community In which to do so.
Now, two years after purchasing our lovely condo, we have decided to share it with others.

Why Caroline chose Puerto Aventuras
We looked for years for the right property in the Riviera Maya and decided to purchase in Puerto Aventures. We finally chose this property because of large size, waterfront location, beautiful morning light and the constant breeze blowing throughout the condo. We are located on the breezy side of the canal as the breezes come from the ocean and flow into our condo through the large back patio doors. The pool is two steps from our patio! Our residential location is quiet but allows us to easily walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, the produce market, shopes, coves, supermarket, spas, etc.
