Ours is a luxury townhouse-stye condo in a gated, very quiet and peaceful development - Kulalani. Our property is very close to the development's private recreation area that is one of the finest in the area featuring a large lagoon pool (with keiki pool), a lap pool, two hot tubs, and a well-equipped and air conditioned exercise facility.
We are close to two championship golf courses, fantastic beaches are a short drive away, and we have access to very nice restaurants. A very well-stocked grocery store a short walk or ride away. Our property has a large covered lanai on main floor with a gas BBQ with an outside kitchen. A covered lanai is also located on second floor off the master bedroom suite. Both lanai's have patio furniture, are in shade most of the day and are protected from the wind.
Access to Mauna Lani Beach Club is included with rental. We have provided a variety of adult and children's beach toys, including boogy boards, chairs and umbrellas. Surf boards and paddle boards can be rented at the beach club.

Your condo is wonderful. So glad hurricane Iselle decided to miss us, but made the adventure exciting. Love it and would love to come back.
My family and i stayed at this property during the holidays. Although the property is clean and spacious, we did not like the decor and generally found the space to lack sufficient natural light. We didn't think the furniture in the living room was comfortable for lounging and was overall uninviting, to us. We were disappointed to find that the rental did not include use of bikes and water equipment - all on full display in the garage but off limits. The bikes were placed in the rear of the owners' pick-up truck, which takes up the entire garage. Further, we used the pool only once because the water was cold. The fact that we had to drive to the beach made the experience less desirable. We would much prefer to stay at a beachfront property. Lastly, we were not pleased that after we lost the pool key and were charged a hefty $75.00 replacement fee (to which we did not object), the owners also charged us $100.00 as their cost for having their housekeeper get the key. We expected that a well managed property would have multiple keys on hand for the eventual lost key. Needless to say, we would not stay at this property again and cannot recommend it to others.
This unit was beautiful!! Everything was fully stocked and there was more than enough of everything for our needs!! I had a couple questions and requests and spoke to the housekeeper, Kelsie, and she was beyond helpful :)
Excellent stay. The condo is beautiful. Very clean and modern with all the conveniences of home. Central location for exploring the west coast of the Big Island.

We spent a week in this beautiful town home. This home is nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The first floor patio has a gas grill with sink, table with four chairs and two comfortable lounge chairs. It is very private and quiet. The second floor patio off master has a lounge chair for two. The private beach which is a short drive away has wonderful snorkeling. Stay near the wall and turn left at the end for the best fish viewing.
We would highly recommend this town home. A car is needed.
I agree with all of the points mentioned in all previous reviews. Location is great as it is close to a mall with grocery store and restaurants (*Monstera!*), and easy drive to Beach Club (parking pass provided, good casual restaurant), spa/tennis club (access available). Several miles to drive to other resorts, restaurants and shopping. Snorkel, whale watching and dive cruises on a large catamaran are available for hire on the beach. The unit is attractively decorated, extremely well-equipped (you can really cook there! and, even includes hair dryer), and very well-maintained. In the condo complex, the gym has aerobic and weight machines (no charge which certainly beats the spa prices!). The lap pool is beautiful and a real pleasure. In addition, there are hot tubs and a large free form pool for kids, etc. Excellent directions provided for getting to the unit, etc. The only downside is construction noise during the day.
