Spacious upstairs studio apartment in a quiet residential area of Valley Village, close to Universal Studios and Hollywood. The apartment is at the back of the property. The garage below has 2 spaces and is shared with the downstairs apartment. A cosy home away from home, the unit is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need and has an outdoors garden area with patio table and chairs. The separate laundry is in the garage area and is also shared with the downstairs apartment.
Centrally located just minutes from Universal Studios, Universal Amphitheater concert venue and City Walk, NOHO Arts District, Metro Rail to Hollywood, (Grauman's Chinese Theater, Kodak Theater and Hollywood Blvd walk-of-fame), downtown and beyond. 2 blocks from the Ventura and Hollywood freeways; 1 block walk to local markets and Starbucks; 10 minutes by car over Mulholland Drive and down into West Hollywood, trendy Melrose Ave shopping, and upscale Beverly Hills. Lots of great restaurants and shopping close by. A block from Studio City and Gelson's Market.
The apartment was just perfect for myself and my daughter while she was in process of moving locally. Great location-- many restaurants, and stores nearby. The suite was beautifully decorated, had every amenity that a traveller could need. There was plenty of coffee, spices, and other food extras. Fruit and snack basket on arrival was a very nice touch.
Helen, the property manager, was so easy to work with, and very quick to reply. She had a rollaway set up for us when we arrived. When we realized that we needed one more night of lodging, she replied immediately... Very accommodating.
We were very happy to stay in this suite, and my husband and I hope to stay there again when coming into town.
Very pretty and comfortable place - large enough for couple plus two small children. Well appointed, clean, spacious. Good closets! Everything you could need in a terrific LA neighborhood. Helen (manager) makes everything easy. Would loved to have stayed longer but it was rented to other lucky folks. Will definitely return!
We enjoyed our week in this property very much. Good location, spacious layout, excellent bed and kitchen. The availability of the garage was a big plus for us [be warned - car needs to be compact to fit]. Everything worked as advertised, and Helen's pre-arrival instructions were spot on for finding groceries and getting around. The surrounding neighborhood made for good walking and jogging during our daily exercise time.
We were there for a record heat wave, and the AC worked perfectly and effectively. A big plus for us was the wonderful satellite TV - every channel imaginable, with DVR capability. We were able to record Olympic events while out and watch later at our leisure.
The only area that could use improvement was the living room furniture - not the best for someone like me with long legs [Helen acknowledged that it could be better.] My wife was perfectly comfortable, though....not a big deal.
Overall an excellent experience.....easy to recommend.
More than I expected; the studio is large and everything is setup in such a way, that you have the feeling it is not a studio but an appartment. Everything is very clean and very well taken care of. Quality bed and furniture. There was even a little warm welcome in the form of cookies, fresh fruit, coffee and water. Everything you need is there and more; it was even better than I expected. Helen, the owner, is very friendly and caring; she left the lights on for me because I arrived late at night. When I needed a power extension cable, she installed one for me right away. I would definately recommend this place for both as a holiday home and for a business stay. I would for sure book again if I need to be in LA again.

Le supermarché est à quelque minutes à pied ce qui est très pratique.

We require a 25% deposit to secure the reservation, with an additional 25% required 60 days prior to arrival. The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than 60 days before arrival we require a 50% and the balance 7 days prior to arrival.
We accept Visa, M/C, checks, cash and bank wire. If paying by check, the final balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival.
