One bedroom, one full bathroom, one half bathroom, sleeps 4

Less than 5 minute walk to beach, flower market and Old Town. Second story, quiet, light, recently renovated, all comforts, windows open onto private courtyard. Ideal for 2 to 4 guests. Bedroom has air-conditioning. Double bed is 140 cm wide. Sofa bed in living-room similar size.

Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping streets, many restaurants, cafes and bars, cinemas, theater and opera.

Hospital within walking distance.

The apartment is in an ideal location for enjoying a bustling city, without need of car.

Hop on a 15 min train to visit Monaco and see Rafael Nadal at the Monaco Open Tennis tourney in April, watch Formula 1 cars racing through the streets at the Monte Carlo Grand Prix in May, visit the Cannes Film Festival without any hassle. Three minutes to regional bus station, and public library. Great bus access for visiting villages in the surrounding mountains or enjoying mountaineering sports. (bus service is almost free, 1 EURO)

Ferries sail from the local marina to Corsica, the 'Island of Paradise' and birthplace of Napoleon Bonaparte. All within walking distance from the apartment.

nice cozy place for vacation

My family 3 stayed in this apartment in Jun,2012. The place is much better than I expected. Very nice neighbors. It has almost everything we need for a vacation house. 2 bathrooms and air condition add extra comfort to our stay. Internet speed is very good; we have no problem watching movies online. Without knowing any French, washing machine took us a while to figure out. I think the apartment location is perfect; it's close to tourist attractions, shopping, major bus stations. I highly recommend this place for small family vacation.

Nice apartment in Nice

We stay in this airy and bright apartment for a week of late September this year. The location is exactly as described. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean. The kitchen has everything we needed, there are good collection of music CDs and books. Only the second bathroom is very small and you have to lift the door to close.

The owners who live in the USA were great to deal with and responded to my email very promptly. When we arrived the apartment, the owner's wife was there to tell us everything we need to know about the apartment, how to use the TV, the wash machine etc . She even walked with me to the nearby market and bakery which was very helpful.

Overall, we have a nice stay at the apartment.
Owner's Response: We have repaired the sticky door. The second bathroom is small indeed, but has a toilet, sink and shower. Good for one person at a time...
