This three bedroom unit sits directly on the beach facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The spectacular gulf view can be seen and accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom, at approximately 1500 sq. ft. of living space, the unit is fully stocked with kitchen utensils and there is plenty of cabinet space. All linens are provided and there is a full sided washer/dryer in a separate laundry room within the unit.

There are two plush king sized bedrooms and one queen sized bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with TV/DVD players. The living area has queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV/DVD, internet service and Wi-Fi are provided. A separate laundry room within the unit has full-size washer and dryer. This unit provides comfort on a grand scale for six to eight guests.

This unit is owner managed. A security deposit of $300 is required to reserve the unit. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Pending a departure inspection, the security deposit will be refunded up to 30 days after departure. Advertised specials may require a two person maximum occupancy to qualify. This was the best place we've stayed in the Gulf for this price. It was clean, on the beach and with the pool in sight. I will most definately rebook here.

The condo was dirty... we had to make a deep clean.
Plus the balcony was not available for more than a month.
We will not reverve this condo anymore.
Owner's Response: As the owner of this unit, every attempt is made to accommodate our guests. As stated in our policy which is provided to each guest, if guests are not satisfied with the conditions of the room they should contact the owner within 15 minutes of arrival. This provides the owner an opportunity to correct any unsatisfactory situation.

Great Family Vacation!!!!!!!!

This condo is GREAT!! It had everything we needed and wanted. There were eight of us and we had plenty of room and never were in each others way. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of pillows and blankets. It was clean and very nice. The people that worked at Grandview were very nice and helpful. It is close to anything you would want to do. I highly recommend this condo and we will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our week at Grandview West. Great 3 bedroom condo with lots of room and decorated beautifully! Love the large laundry room. We have stayed at Kathy's other units on the 4th floor at Treasure Island many times, so we know the quality of her condos. Stay at one of these and you won't be disappointed. We have decided we like Treasure Island better due to the huge pool, balcony, and easier access to the building, pool, and beach. Also, parking is limited at Grandview and we had trucks, trailers, and 4 motorcycles. A great location! Close to everything you would want to see and do! Thank you Kathy for a wonderful week!
