*Cancellations and Refunds: Reservations may be cancelled with 14 days notice with no penalty. If the reservation is cancelled with less than 14 days notice, the following cancellation rates will apply:
8-13 days notice 75% refund
5-7 days notice 50% refund
1-4 days notice 0% refund
Terms & Conditions 2: Tenant further agrees that:
a)Upon the expiration of the Lease the Tenant shall return possession of the leased premises, and its furnishings and contents in its present condition.
b)Tenant shall not assign or sublet said premises or allow any other person to occupy the leased premises without Landlord's prior written consent.
c)Tenant shall not make any material or structural alterations to the leased premises without Landlord's prior written consent.
d)Tenant shall not conduct on premises any activity deemed extra hazardous, or a nuisance, or requiring an increase in fire insurance premiums.
e)Tenant shall not allow pets on the premises without Landlord's prior written consent.
