GOOD:

Good and clean furniture
Airconditioning
Furniture working perfectly
Shower is very good
Internet

BAD:
no access to third floor (but I think this is negotiable, I didn't ask for it).
walls are very thin and therefore any noise in one room can be heard on the other one.

The pictures shown here are from one apartment and they are not the same to all apartments, but I really don't think this is a problem.

CONCLUSION:

AWESOME! Perfect.

We are very sorry to hear the internet problem, we had a problem with the internet connection in the entire area of Brickell.
