This property is located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Charlotte or Charlotte's Motor Speedway. This Townhouse is located in a quiet family friendly community. You will find this home to be both elegant & cozy with its southern influenced decor & state of the art technology. The living room is equipped with a 40 inch HDTV great for watching movies or just regular TV. All bedrooms are equipped with 19 inch LCD TVs. The Master Bedroom is located downstairs & has its own private full bath + access to the backyard area. There are 2 Bedrooms located upstairs that share a full bath. The house is equipped with Digital Cable & Wireless High-Speed Internet service. This house has everything to make it a great 'Home Away from Home'.

Hi Loren, Just to let you know the house was great! Everything we needed was there. Location was really nice, not to far from downtown Charlotte and to the track. Enjoyed our visit. We will rent this townhouse again when we come back to Charlotte.

Great house! Super Clean and beautifully decorated. We slept comfortably and it was super quiet. Extremely happy with this home and the owner! Gave us exactly what we expected and was really accomidating to our needs. Close to downtown. We will use this home again the next time we stay in Charlotte!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Hey Loren, just wanted you to know we enjoyed our stay at your condo. It had everything we could ask for, I was mostly impressed with the small things. Such as plenty of towels, bedding, soap, tissue, dishes, and the list goes on. The place was spotless when we arrived and we made sure to leave it just as clean. Our next visit to Charlotte will definitely be at your place, until next time take care.
