Welcome to Mosie's Dream located less than a half a mile from Long Sands Beach, you have reached your coastal getaway to enjoy all that York Beach has to offer!

Enter the home to sunlight and an open-concept living and dining area - a terrific spot for you to relax after having a beach day!

The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need for a traditional Lobster Bake to a backyard family BBQ!

Don't feel like cooking? That's great too! You are nearby all things York to explore must eats!

On this level you will also find a three-quarter bath that finishes out the first floor.

On the second floor you will find the large King primary bedroom!

Also on the second floor is a full bath and double bedroom.

Up on the third floor, you will find the third and fourth bedrooms with double twin room and queen bedroom with day bed!

Outside is where you will find yourself enjoying all things vacation- with the converted garage into a game room with living room and ping pong table!

Relax by the wood burning fire pit for s'mores and relaxing!

multi generation gathering

Teens, adults and grandparents all found Mosie's Dream perfect for hanging out and making memories. The garage "game" room looked inviting but as we were there at Thanksgiving, it was too cold to take advantage of it.

Excellent family week at Mosie’s Dream

Our family gathered at this property to celebrate our granddaughter’s 1st birthday with her namesake, my mother in law. We came from CA, VA and London to join family here in York. The property had everything we needed to gather, entertain all ages and enjoy the beautiful fall weather. The best surprise was the nice walk we did daintily Long Sands Beach. So glad we chose this location to spend special and time together.

Family time together

This was the perfect place to have family gather from their many locations. Sitting around the fire pit or around the dinning room gave plenty of time to share memories and thoughts. The location gave us plenty of locations to visit and explore. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Perfect!

Great Location!

A group of friends and I spend a long weekend away each year and this place was perfect. There's a great garage space for entertaining, plenty of beds for guests, and all in a great location that was close to the coast but still quiet.

Originally from Boston, MA we have always vacationed in York, ME. Recently we built our new home and now live here full-time to be where we love. Having owned a construction company for over 30 years and loving everything to do with houses we decided to add property management to our company to help make it possible for those looking to vacation in beautiful York, Maine find the perfect get away!

We vacationed just across the street for over 20 years. What we love about the area is the family friendly environment. Walking down to the beach there are so many friendly faces who are always waving and saying hi. You will always see people gathered on porches for fire pits or front yard games. If you live in the neighborhood or not everyone makes you feel welcomed.
