This charmig villa is situated in a unique, silent and quarded area. Its spacious roof-deck offers an overwhelming view. A clearly arranged room layout furnished with a Mediterranean interior brings a pleasant atmosphere. From the living room/ balcony there is an impressive panorama and therefore became our guest's most favourite spots. The dining room is furnished with a studio couch, the two bedrooms with king-sizebeds. The modern bathroom and separate shower have been designed generrously. On cooler days central heating as well as a fully glazed fireplace will large palm trees, Mediterranean plant, natural stones and also two patio's which seat about till five. the outdoor lighting makes for a romantic atmosphere at night. Shops and restaurants are found within walking distance. Parking place at the premises.

Moraira is situated at a very impressive coustline of the Mediterranean Sea. Along the seaside there are many beaches and calm rock coves. The town offers first class restaurants. Moraira's marina in one of the most impressive. In former times Moraira used to be a small fishing village which developed in the course of time into a nice and active place without high-rise buildings. Mountains and orchards aren't far from Moraira, nor ar bigger cities such as Benidorm.
