Cottage sleeps up to 6 and Apartment sleeps up to 3. I full bath in each.

This charming Cape Cod 'Lakefront' Cottage is a small yet open accommodating spot to relax, with 'Mother-in-Law' apartment for privacy and extra space.

Nautical style Cottage has enclosed porch with full view windows toward Pentwater Lake. Picnic in the backyard or on the deck to enjoy the spectacular view, gorgeous sailboats and fun activities on the water.

Dock and seawall is especially convenient for those with a boat or a desire to fish. No swimming is allowed at the seawall at the cottage, but swimming is close by.

Within walking distance of downtown shops, restaurants and a short drive to the beautiful beach in Pentwater.

Parking for up to 4 vehicles with permission.

Request no smoking and no pets.

Cape Cod Cottage: This charming Cottage has a step-down living room with a sofa sleeper. The living room has cable TV and VCR available. Spectacular views of the lake are seen from the cottage with sliding doors leading to the deck and backyard.

Tiki torches line the deck for evening lighting, picnic table and lawn chairs.

Efficiency Apartment: There is additional sleeping space in the apartment with a futon couch that opens into a queen bed and one chair that opens to a twin size futon.

This 'Mother-in-Law' apartment has an open floor plan with kitchen/ snack bar, table, TV, and has a bathroom with shower only. The apartment also has a small refrigerator, sink, microwave and coffee maker.

Neighborhood: Pentwater Point Condos and Boat Launch are close by, also near Marina.

Walking distance to neat family market and deli.

Many activities planned for Pentwater throughout the summer months.
