I purchased this home many years ago with my mother, and we enjoyed it very much over the years. My wife (Cynthia) and I (Bob) hope that you and your family experience it as a fun and inspiring family retreat.

Bob & Cynthia purchased this house in 1995
As a youngster, I dreamed of owning a million acre ranch with millions of cattle, next to mountains as high as the sky, and crossed by rivers with all sorts of monsters in it. Okay, I was a kid with an active imagination. But through the years, I have wanted to own land and a home in a special and lovely place. I was fortunate to get that opportunity in the summer of 1995 when I traveled with my mother to Montana to see if that special and lovely place could be found. The thing about Montana is that just about everywhere you look has an amazing and eye-capturing quality, so even on a limited budget we were not short of homes to consider. Nice people, charming towns, and beautiful views abounded. But at the first moment I walked into my Echo Lake home, that was it. You will know what I mean the first moment you walk into the home, as well. A sparkling island dotted lake sprawled out in front of me with a mountain range draped in patches of white clouds and orange reflections of sunlight as an immediate backdrop. That was it, I knew I had found that lovely and special place which I would keep in my life and with my family forever. Our affection for this attractive and comfortable home, and its compelling surroundings, has grown even stronger over the years. And, for me, is a dream come true.
Warm water lake (most lakes in Montana are quite cold!), stunningly beautiful setting, quite abundant in largemouth bass (for viewing from dock and fishing), wildlife visitors of all sorts come by the home (fox, goose, squirrel, deer, turkeys), recreational lake...lots of fun!
