Apartment 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, dining room and lounge, fully furnished and decorated. Holds up to 6 people with a double bed in another room and one in another tricama. Ceiling fans in the rooms and in the halls. Cable TV. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, water filter, sandwich maker, blender, juicer fruit, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots. Grill the building (reservation required). 1 car garage. building with elevator and doorman. 2 umbrellas and 6 chairs. 3 choices of beach to walk: Asturias (300mts), Tombo (600mts) and Pitangueiras (1000mts) option bakery (100mts), restaurants (150mts), coffee (150mts), pharmacy (150mts), ATM (150mts) , craft fair (200mts)
Nearest Ferry : Balsa para Santos at 3 Kilometres
Nearest Beach : Astúrias at 300 Metres
Car: not necessary

The apartment is located close to two beaches (Asturias and Tombo), and it is possible to walk to the beach the Pitangueiras. All infrastructure in the vicinity such as restaurants, bars, bakery, ice cream, fish market, ATMs etc.. Quiet residential street. The Asturian beach is ideal for the family and is good for swimming. As for the Fall is perfect for surfing. In both there are kiosks that serve snacks and lunch. Very close to the camp of Banespa on the way to the beach, is a small shopping center, a sort of corridor of small shops, where you can buy beach utensils (such as swimsuit, bikini, sarong and toys for children) , but memories of the island.
