The owner, a Bozeman native, and his wife, originally built and recently remodeled the property. Being avid travelers, they have made every effort to accomodate their guests with the same consideration they would hope for while traveling.

Our family had a great time in Bozeman over Christmas & really enjoyed the townhouse. It is nice and clean, comfortable, and in a very quiet neighborhood. It was exactly what I was looking for to get in some quality R & R. I walked the dogs several times a day in the neighborhood and really enjoyed the scenery. We would definitely stay here again.
We come to Bozeman often and always stay at this rental. The owners have thought of everything to make you comfortable. It's convenient to have everyone stay in a home rather than separate motel rooms. The laundry facilities were especially appreciated because we had a young child with us. The kitchen contained all the utensils and equipment needed for cooking, so we didn't have to eat out all the time, and the table was large enough so we could all sit together.
We definitely recommend this home away from home.
Excellent townhome. I really have nothing to 'complain' about, but a couple concerns that you may want to address before others use the home. The garbage disposal was stuck, and wouldn't work. Because of this, it stunk until you ran a lot of hot water through it. The porch light was apparently burnt out. The television, in the master bedroom, would only display black and white. There did not seem to be a setting to change. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was neat, tidy, and well-kept. Furniture was excellent. Everything, except the three things mentioned, it was excellent. If those items were repaired, I'd recommend this townhome to anyone.
This was our first time renting a condo for a family vacation. We come to Bozeman often and will definitely stay here again when we bring the whole family. A quiet family setting with nice neighbors. Easy to find and close to everything in Bozeman. Not walking distance to downtown, but easy drive or bike ride. Nice little walking trail beside the Gallatin River in the subdivision. Property manager was very professional and responsive to all of our questions. Our damage deposit was promptly refunded.
