Townhome, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

You will not find one person that doesn't love staying at beautiful Colonial Country Club. Our home is just what the doctor ordered to get away from the cold northern winters. If you are a golfer, our course is second to none. It's pay to play at reasonable rates and it is run by the Troon organization who is the best. There is live entertainment at the clubhouse, gourmet food and even a fish fry every Monday. There is a neighborhood pool and hot tub as well as a comunity pool. If tennis is your enjoyment there are numerous courts. We are a few steps away from a 2 1/2 mile walking trail around a wildlife preserve. There are just too many amenities to list.

Our unit will sleep six people. The master has a queen bed with a large walk-in closet and master bath. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom has a full size bed. Easily accommodates six adults. The kitchen is fully equipped including the linens. Just bring your clothes and a smile.

Keywords: This beautiful carriage house is a first floor end unit at the very desirable Colonial Country Club, one of the most sought after communities in southwest Florida. It is in a great location, within walking distance to the club house and community center. Great if you had a few too many, you can walk home.

We own two homes at Colonial, that's how much we love it there, so we'll be right down the street and introduce you to all my fun loving friends and lots of parties

Colonial is an ideal location - 10 minutes from RSW airport and 30 minutes to a number of beaches, not to mention two major league baseball stadiums: the Red Socks and the Twins

What makes this townhome unique

There is a Sweet Bay Supermarket right out the gate, as well as, many well-known stores, e.g., Target, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Home Depot, etc . It truly is the best location in southwest Florida
