We are located at 353 Commercial st at the intersection of Center st. directly across from the public libraryon the waterfront.This corner studio unit on the second floort has 2 chairs and a table outside your unit for your use to enjoy the water views of Cape Cod bay. Also two waterfront common decks with lounge chairs and picnic tables for everyone's use on the first floor facing the bay. Enjoy swimming and the beach just steps away from your unit.We are within walking distance to shops,restaurants and clubs.Also, coffe shop, Box Lunch and and a cup cake shop on premises.

We are located at 353 Commercial st directly across from the public library in the center of town.Just drive down Center st to the end and you will see the beautiful waterfront Angels Landing property directly in front of you. Enjoy quiet evenings with a glass of wine on your deck or experience everything the town has to offer from restaurants to people watching. It's all here at this centrally located waterfront property. In fact ,you don't even need a car.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this P-town rental. Although the room was a bit on the small side, it was warm and cozy, even with it being off-season. The owner was very accommodating to us and when a larger room was available, she let us stay there with no extra cost. The location of the rental cannot be beat, it being right on the beach, and in the center of P-town... within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shops.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
