New flooring, two bedrooms each with a queen size bed, two full bathrooms; the master bedroom has a walk in closet. There is a fully equipped separate eat-in kitchen, a dining room, living room, & newer washer & dryer. The open and bright living room also has comfortable new couches, new flat screen TV, DirecTV, internet access, DVD player & DVD’s, board games and books for your entertainment. Sliding doors lead out to private backyard & large covered patio with table & seating, and lounge chairs. There is also a one car garage. Towels, bed linens, & toiletries are included for you and your guests. Quiet area, if you like to walk can do so to park & lake for all the festivities. Can walk to Safeway supermarket for your morning Starbucks coffee too.

The town has a health club with temporary memberships for seasonal renters, hiking & biking trails in Mountain Preserve, and a golfers dream! Fort McDowell Casino a very short drive, Saguaro Lake, Mayo Clinic & Scottsdale which is great for shopping & great restaurants also close by. Cactus League Spring Training games this March. Easey access to Metro. Phoenix & Payson, two hours drive to Sedona, approx. four to Grand Canyon and six hours to San Diego, CA.

Jeep trail & jeep rides available, even garage sales where treasures wait to be found.

A co-worker and I rented this home for a week and could not have had a better experience. This is a great deal as the cost was very comparable to local hotels. The home had been remodeled very recently and everything looks brand new. I highly recommend this home.
