We are centrally located to a number of attractions and activities within a 30 mile radius. The town is named Forestburgh and home to two previous Archbishops of NY before becoming a private community. With wonderful trails leading to the old quarters or simply walking around the lake and bird watching, there is something for everyone. You can find wine tasting, eagle washing, fishing, sporting clay, glass factories, and antiques stores. In addition, we are 10 miles from Bethel wood the home of Woodstock (www.bethelwoodscenter.org).

As the fall draws near, come and join us at the farmers market every Sunday. You will experience outdoor markets, fresh produce, and wonderful music performed by live bands in the community. We look forward to seeing you.

Situated on Forestburgh a small town near Monticello on the lake, the living room faces East providing a unique experience as the sun drenches the living room and dining room with its rays. Fish eagerly wait for bait as they become an enjoyable sport for the fisherman. Enjoy kayaking or canoeing across undisturbed waters or simply relax by the waters edge with your favorite glass or wine or beer. The house offers a spacious modern fully equipped kitchen with open floor plan. 2 full bedrooms and 2 full baths on the top level. A connected gas barbecue grill sits on the top level deck accompanied by outdoor dining patio and a wood burning fireplace. The lower level contains a fully furnished space with a Jacuzzi bathroom, laundry facilities and a full covered deck. The house is equipped with Internet access and satellite cable. The property has a full swimming pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Enjoy concerts at Bethel woods were Woodstock took place.

Notes: Please note that the home is a smoke free environment. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in any part of the home. The house has two fireplaces, by the dock and on the patio. Their is also a gas grill available for barbecue's not tank needed.
