Situated in the heart of Penticton, this fully furnished 3 bedroom townhome has everything you and your family will need for an enjoyable summer vacation. All you will need is to pack your clothes and stop by the nearby grocery store before arriving, everything else you need is already here.

This home is conveniently located within 5 minutes drive of Okanagan Lake and Penticton Lakeside Casino. Just 1 minutes walk from the home you will find the KVR Trail and Penticton Creek, a great place to go walking or biking. This 3 bedroom property features a 42' Plasma TV, wireless internet access, BBQ and outdoor dining area. The 1st and 2nd bedroom each have a queen or double size bed, while the 3rd bedroom has 1 twin beds.

Two vacation units available. Both are same size and layout. Furniture is different. Rate same for both.

the good: great living room, great beds, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, biking path that can connect to TransCanada Trail right behind bldg
the bad: neighbor sits in front of her door which attaches to unit's door and smokes- it smells on entry&exit, also has 2 young kids, next neighbor used buzz-saw 2/3 mornings preventing us from using back porch. Building is aging and unattractive. Housekeeping was spotty. We didn't have internet access for 2/3 days as owner was travelling and didn't have the code with him, but good once available.
Overall reasonable value if you are using all 3 bedrooms (we weren't) and don't mind the above.
Owner's Response: Nice to see you found the place comfortable. This was a last hours booking and therefore internet code wasn't with me while traveling. Will remember to carry for any future last minute bookings. As for neighbors, may of been a rare situation or guest.

Great Weekend in Pentiction

Our group stayed there for a weekend for a small vacation getaway. The weather was nice and sunny during that time of the year. Everything was neat and tidy upon arriving. There was all the essentials provided such as towels and kitchen utensils. The bathroom was big and had a large vanity for your items. The living room contained a flat screen tv with cable which was nice. Also had hdmi compatibility for us to hook up our gaming consoles. The backyard was not that great but it was ok because we spent half our time away from the house. A few steps behind us was a creek which was a good place to walk around. A five minute drive and you could find various restaurants and shopping centre. Drive the other way for less than ten minutes and you could locate the strip which had more eat-in restaurants and a beach.
Overall it was a nice time away and was satisfied with our stay. Recommended for grown families or a group of friends.

I satyed 3 nights at this rental. This accomadation was very clean and comfortable. It was also a cheaper than staying in other areas in penticton. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need for the stay. The owner provided a slow cooker which was very useful and easy to go out and do things without worrying about dinner. Also this helped us save quite a bit and did not have us heading to fast food locations. The living room is big and the seating allows you to entertain larger groups. i was able to bring a ps3 and hook it up to the tv. The creek in the back was very cool and a nice area to hang out and relax. I recommend going for walks around the creek very nice and a nice place to be outdoors. Owner was very friendly, helpful with any questions and concerns

I will be probably staying here for the next couple summer to come for the price it was a great place to stay!!! recommended

A week in Penticton

We stayed for 7 nights and we found that the accommodation was clean and comfortable, and good value for the money. The back yard was essentially unusable as it is not landscaped and access is via steep steps, so the yard isn't suitable for children. Beds are comfortable, and the kitchen works well. The living room is big enough for largish groups. The creek (in spring runoff) was a constant noise, but not uncomfortable. We had good walks along the creek (city centre is about 30 minutes and an easy walk). When we arrived, there was a significant, pervasive smell from air fresheners and pot pourri, so any prospective tenants with allergies (which one of us has) should specify that they be removed and the unit aired. Two hours of airing while the allergic person went shopping solved the problem.

Stairway to upstairs is steep and the carpeting makes the treads narrow. It's not for folks with poor knees or other health issues.

Owner was very helpful in addressing any concerns. Overall, I'd say "give it a try."
