New Construction 3/2 Coastal Home! Pet Friendly!
Pristine and uncomplicated space provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.
1-bedroom, 1-bathroom can accommodate 2 guests comfortably.
Close to everything, including beaches, public boat ramp, golf course, tennis & pickle ball courts, hiking and bike trails.
Boat Ramp .5 mile away, 2 marinas with fuel with in a 5 min boat ride.
Relax in a quiet neighborhood where a roomy open-floor-plan space that includes well-equipped kitchen, dining and living-room and more await you.
Self-check-in and keyless entry.
Pet Friendly, dogs only - $100 per stay, small dogs, 40lb weight limit.

Here’s what to expect:
Sleeps: 2 - Maximum overnight guests: 2
Your vacation property is supplied with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap.
Things to Know
All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation.
- During Spring Break, we rent to 'Families' or 'ALL' occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
-No Smoking - No Vaping.
-Pet Friendly - $100 per stay. Please ensure that your dog’s medications and immunizations are up to date prior to your stay, especially anti-flea treatment.

Guest Access: You will have private access to the entire home with your own front door security code.
Garage is locked and for owners use only and will not be assessable to guest. All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on day of arrival. Keys will be given the day of check-in.
Parking: 2 vehicles can park in the driveway. Boat and trailer parking.

CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Free cancellations up to 14 days of your arrival date.
Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.

TRAVEL INSURANCE – CSA Travel Protection Insurance. The plan is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment. You can view this brochure at http://www.vacationrentalinsurance.com.

Spring ‘24 Stay at Laurel Breeze

Our stay at Laurel Breeze was perfect. The home is just like the photos! It was truly an elevated stay in so many ways; we enjoyed the comfortable and spacious living spaces and the home’s amenities. The one bed / one bath with full kitchen and living area was modern and had everything we needed. We were fortunate to meet the owner Shayne Routh who was friendly and showed great hospitality. So thankful for having booked here and planning for next year already.

New house in a very nice area away from any noise or crowds, yet only minutes from the beaches, restaurants and shopping. Very professional rental company and nice owner. House is very well stocked (utensils, pans, towels, etc.). They even provide linens to cover furniture for your pup! Large covered balcony with patio set for hanging outside. This one of the best smaller homes we have ever rented. Great value.

Just what we needed

My wife and I had the pleasure of being the first official vrbo guests at the Laurel Breeze and we couldn't have been more pleased. It was very clean and had everything we needed, even things we hadn't thought about needing. The check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient. The property manager was very responsive and kind. We stayed for 3 nights over the New Year holiday not only to get away for a few days, but for the purpose of planning out the year for our small business. It was a nice quiet location and suited our needs very well. No view of the gulf, but that wasn't why we were there anyway, so not an issue at all. That being said, it is very close to the water. We would definitely stay here again in the future and would highly recommend it.

Fijne woning in rustige buurt

Nieuwe schone woning perfect voor 2 personen als je geen zwembad nodig hebt. In rustige buurt en dichtbij strand, winkels etc. Als je iets mist zoals parasol dan komt de eigenaar die aan de overkant woont deze brengen. Wat we wel gemist hebben is een bbq op het terras en een waterkoker in de keuken. De afhandeling van het afval is in ieder land anders. Dit kan en moet beter en duidelijker beschreven worden. Het was een prettig verblijf.
