The open living room presents a lovely space for family movie nights with its oversized sofa, gas fireplace, and large Smart TV. The double-face fireplace warms not only the living room but also the formal dining room. Before you sit down for family-style meals, prepare delicious dishes amidst the kitchen's gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances.

When more space is needed, the second living room boasts an abundance of old-world charm with its rich velvet sofas and marble-lined decorative fireplace. As you explore the rest of your retreat, you'll be pleased to discover equally plush bedrooms and a sleeping loft. The bedrooms are all adorned with high-quality linens, central air, and ample storage space. Additional interior perks include a jetted tub, a private washer/dryer, and an accessible bath/shower.

Outside, sprawling mountain views will fill your vision from the expansive deck. Here, you can host sun-soaked cookouts with the help of the gas grill and al fresco dining. Away from your stay, explore Georgia's vast wilderness when visiting Ochs Gateway Trailhead, Rock City Gardens, and Glen Falls - all less than eight miles away. Songbirds Guitar & Pop Culture Museum and the Tennessee Aquarium are also a quick drive away.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There are two very steep and narrow spiral staircases in the home. One leads to the upstairs bedroom and bathroom and one leads to the large suite downstairs that houses a separate entrance living space, bedroom, and bathroom. These staircases should be used with care and may not be suitable for very young children or anyone with mobility issues.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are three outdoor cameras the owner has in place. One at the very front of the house facing the driveway. One that shows the entrance to the deck at the back of the house. And one on the patio area at the side of the house overlooking that downstairs entrance.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
