Awesome location - - clean and well managed community. Great unit with bedrooms well spread apart - - perfect layout. Great 'resort like' pool area.
2 minutes from 101 - best location in the valley for easy access to all the attractions.

Very nice condo! Extremely clean ,well kept and great furnishings - loved the bed and bedding. Nice quite setting, easy to get all around Scottsdale. John (owner) is a pleasure to work with and great at helping and offering local information.
We were immediately impressed with the property on our arrival. It was clean and had all the amenities described. It is very spacious and has been professionally decorated. We felt at home within a few hours. John, the owner was always a phone call away for advise and providing a variety of information on restaurants, grocery stores etc.
Outside of the property it is nicely landscaped and well maintained. The heated pool is a few steps away. A large barbecue is available in the pool area and I used it several times. It is very quiet around the area and no noises from traffic, etc.
There is a large Safeway Grocery store a couple of blocks away, so it was really handy to stock up on our grocery requirements.
Some restaurants that we enjoyed were the Olive Garden (Cactus Rd), The Cheesecake Factory (Kierland Commons), The Green House (Kierland Commons) and Wally's (Doubletree Blvd east of N. Scottsdale Rd) to name a few.
Finally, my wife and I highly recommend this beautiful property, guaranteed you will enjoy your stay there. The highly popular Barrett Jackson Auto Auction was also very close by (Held in Mid January for a week) We are hopeful to return for another stay in the future.
