Cabin Rental Amenities: Private shoreline and dock on a very quiet, non-motorized private lake that is surrounded by forever wild state forest. New wood stove to take the chill off of the mornings. Little Ben comes with use of canoe included in rent as well as shared use of of our swimming dock. Since the lake is private, you can get the 'back to nature feel' of being alone in the forest and on the lake. Canoe on the lake in the early morning or late evening and feel as if civilization has disappeared. A fire pit is available for small camp fires as well as a small gas grill. A very calm and tranquil, user-friendly lake! Great swimming (sandy lake bottom by the dock) , good fishing (private lake) and hiking. A real romantic get away in the north country.

Activities in Cranberry Lake Adirondacks: Swimming, canoeing, fishing, golfing, antiquing, camp fires. Easy walks in the uncrowded, woodland trails, as well as deep, wild forest hikes. Public tennis courts & library in the village. Boat rentals at the marina to explore Cranberry lake. A short stroll to the Cranberry Lake Lodge (bar and restaurant). Short day trips: the Tupper Lake Nature Museum, the Blue Mountain Lake Adirondack Museum, and fun shopping in Saranac Lake. Longer day trips to Canada, Saratoga and Sackett Harbor (micro-brewery).
