''Great Expectations'' is aptly named. A uniquely custom-designed Sea Ranch masterpiece, by Architect William Turnbull, Jr. Expansive spaces, easy access to decks on both levels, lovely grounds, all in a secluded rustic setting with ocean views. Comfortable and welcoming, there is ample room for a variety of activities during your stay.

Gently warmed by in-floor radiant heat, and three fireplaces for added ambiance. The living room has a large wood-burning fireplace. The den is also upstairs, and has a fireplace for Presto logs. The downstairs master suite also has a fireplace for Presto logs. Very cozy! The other two bedrooms downstairs have queen beds (one is a contemporary wall-bed). There is a shared hall bath for those two bedrooms. All bedrooms have doors to access the gardens and grounds.

The unique design also includes a backup generator which comes on automatically in case of a power outage.
