This 120 square meter, 2 level London townhouse has the excellence of being located in a safe, family-friendly, trendy and central neighbourhood of London. It embodies typical British architecture and is surrounded by many famous landmarks and places. You will benefit from a relaxing atmosphere inside the tastefully decorated home.
The house has a bright living room, a large dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen.
It can accomodate up to 6 people in its three separate bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms contain double beds.
There is one full bathroom with a jaccuzzi tub/shower combination, a sink and a toilet. The other bathroom has a shower and sink.

A three bedroom town house in Knightbridge has to be the best of the best. There are very few three bedroom properties in private mews for London visitors, and this house is superb.
I really like its location because of the excellent shopping, restaurants, concert and music options, and the recreation in Hyde Park.
It is moments from the Natural History Museum, the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Royal College of Music, the Imperial College of Science and Technology, and the Royal Albert Hall. The Brompton Oratory and Harrods / Harvey Nichols are literally behind your house. To the North of the property, Hyde Park, the Serpentine, Kensington Gardens, and Kensington Palace are at a short distance.
The house is conveniently located on the PICCADILLY LINE, at the Knightbridge Station.
A private mews is a wonderful experience. Originally, when the houses were built along the streets of London, the mews lanes behind the great houses were lined with lovely 'cottages' for the horses and carriages. The Beatles made enjoying life in the private London mews very fashionable--a style continued to this day.
It is a lovely house over 2 levels (ground floor & 1st floor). On the 1st floor one finds the large lounge / dining area and the fine kitchen with all machines including washer, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven, and all cooking equipment. The ground floor has three double bedrooms with one bathroom with a shower over the tub. The bathrooms are modern and at a good standard.
When one considers the location, the standard, and certainly the size of this house in central London, it has to be regarded as outstanding!

- Damage Deposit: 600 GBP to pay one week before arrival
Late check - in: In the instance that you arrive between 7:00PM and 9:00PM there will be a £30 late check-in fee, if you arrive even later, between 9:00PM and 11:00PM the check-in fee will be £50. Between 11:00PM and 1:00AM the check-in fee will be £80. After 1:00AM there will be a £100 check-in fee.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (GBP) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
