The Space:
This 10th floor, corner-unit offers 2 balconies. The beach-side balcony has seating for 5 and is accessed off the living area. This is the perfect spot to watch the sunset and the waves roll on the shore. The second balcony faces the north where you overlook the city of Orange Beach & the state park and is accessed off the master bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen has all of the pots, pans, & utensils for your cooking needs. Each bedroom and the living area include a flat-screen TV. The unit also includes a washer, dryer, and Wi-Fi.
Guest Access:
Phoenix II is located directly on the beach in the heart of Orange Beach, AL. This complex has all of the amenities that you should expect with a first-class beachfront resort destination. Amenities include beach-side pool, indoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness room, game room, BBQ grill area, racquetball court, tennis court, ping-pong table, on-site security, and so much more.
The Neighborhood:
Upon arrival, you will need to purchase parking passes from Phoenix I (next door to Phoenix II). They are $55/vehicle and may get up to two parking passes, MAX.
Other Things to Note:
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
