L-301's fornt door is located just 17 steps up from parking level (one floor); Living room lanai: 3rd floor overlooking pool & golf course; Master bedroom is upstairs with private lanai. This unit is centrally located, overlooking the pool.

We stayed in unit L301 in early March 2014 (4 adults 0 children)
The unit is huge with lots of light in a quiet complex
Close to Whalers Village
Three private balconies
Private bathroom for each bedroom
The pool area is large, quiet and clean
Cleaning service comes to replenish toilet paper, towels etc.
Unit is pretty far from the beach, you can't cross the golf course so you must walk around and then the walk to the beach is about 10 mins there and 15 back as it is an uphill return (hard to do while hauling chairs, towels, bags etc.)
The unit and appliances are a bit out of date (fridge water dispenser did not work, kitchen sink cold water tap did not work)
The management company did not respond to our request to repair broken cold water tap.
If you have someone sleeping on the pull-out couch, they will have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to a bathroom
No free Wifi (nor was any Wifi available at a cost, just no Wifi)
Overall it was a nice older unit, but probably not good for people who have trouble with mobility, have young children or people who want to be close to the beach. Good unit if you plan to be at the pool most of the time and enjoy a quiet vacation.
