Charming 1830's farmhouse surrounded by mature roses, hydrangeas, lilies, and Rose of Sharon. The secluded fenced in backyard and perennial garden includes a brick patio complete with table, chairs, umbrella and a stationery charcoal grill, making it an ideal spot for outdoor dining or carefree relaxation. The enclosed outdoor shower is great for clean up after a day at the beach or as a refreshing al fresco rinse. A small front brick patio is ideal for a sunny morning coffee or an afternoon refreshment . This home is also convenient to the historic sights and shops of Main St, ( a casual 10 min. walk), the Polpis, Surfside and 'Sconset bike paths, as well as the shuttle bus stop servicing the entire island. Francis St. beach is 3 blocks away and a perfect spot for kayaking and bathing. The Stop and Shop, Cumberland Farms and Sayles Seafood are just a few blocks away. The historic windmill and its scenic hillside is just a short 2 minute stroll.

We have stayed here four times and just love the location and the house. It is an ideal location for familes with or without kids. We biked to the beach and walked to town and enjoyed cocktails and lobster on the patio. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The house is so cute and cozy. We would definitely come back. Love this house!!
