Wonderful Everything!

Our experience with this rental started with Georgie, who is absolutely fabulous! Getting back to us right away, and giving us tons of info in regards to our trip--where to buy the freshest food, tips on excursions, etc. The house itself was perfect for our needs--tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchen, and our favorite part, the outside shower (never once used the indoor showers!) We chose to sleep in the smaller bed as it's in the bedroom closest to the ocean, and of course we left the windows open at night. The grounds were serene and tropical--the ideal setting for hammock lounging. We used the kayaks a few times, but it was quite windy during our stay and it made paddling difficult. We went for walks on OUR beach everyday, made friends with the neighbors (and Kona and Zuma ;) ) and sat in the lounge chairs with a cocktail every evening. Truly paradise! Thank you for sharing your treasure with us Georgie and Tom! (A few tips: fresh fish can be purchased from the pier in Kaunakakai, but you have to catch the charters as they're coming in and hope they have extra. DEFINITELY buy your veggies fresh and local at Kumu Farms near the airport, though only open Tues-Fri, and for island-raised beef go to Molokai Livestock Cooperative. And you can't beat the Coffee of Hawaii Muleskinner if you love coffee.)
