*Duplex (Studio)- Downstairs studio unit overlooking the bay! Ideal vacation spot for 2 guests (there is a pull out sofa bed to sleep 2 additional guests if needed). Property has a shared pier for fishing, wildlife viewing, and taking in the sunsets. Amazing views from the covered porch. Peaceful location on Ft. Morgan away from the crowds. This unit is an open studio suite with a queen bed, sleeper sofa, small table, kitchenette, and private full bathroom. Guests will find everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is equipped with appliances and basic cookware. Closest public beach access point is approximately 2 miles away.

This property is located approximately 12 miles west of Hwy 59 on AL HWY 180 in Gulf Shores, Alabama

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.

* Amenities include free WiFi, 1 smart tv's, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor covered porch, charcoal grill, fishing/sunset pier (shared with the other unit guests).

* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.

* Guests receive a “starter pack” of dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

Fort Morgan pleasant stay

This property was exactly as listed. We were pleased with the location. There were sufficient places to eat and buy supplies near by. Upstairs rental could be slightly problematic if the tenants are rowdy as noise is easily transmitted downstairs. However the guests during our stay were not a problem. It should be noted that there was some booking confusion as another guest showed up which reportedly had reserved the upstairs but the previous tenants were still there. The second set of guests arrived Friday night and the previous tenants remained until Saturday. The Friday night guests were not pleased about this booking situation.

Exactly what I needed!

This place was adorable! Perfect for me. Wish I would've had more down-time to enjoy the porch, the pier and the water, but spent my time scoping out the area for my daughter's Fall wedding, so missed out on daylight hours to enjoy the view. Will recommend this spot to family/friends heading down for the occasion!
