About John Berrigan
Our family's first Summer in Great Harbors was in 1976, and we have never left since. We enjoy beach and boating on the warm water in Nantucket Sound as well as gatherings with family and friends, and trips to Martha's Vineyard.
John Berrigan purchased this house in 2011
Why John Berrigan chose Falmouth
We had been looking at properties for several years in Great Harbors and when were serious about buying, this property was available. From the many houses we looked at, this is the perfect house to rent so people can discover what we have known for years about Great Harbors and Falmouth. The house has spacious living areas and can sleep eight people. It is easy to keep clean with hardwood floors throughout.
What makes this house unique
The neighborhood is very unique with its beautiful clubhouse, pool and tennis facilities right on Great Pond (salt water bay with access to Nantucket Sound). A full time management staff including lifeguards and maintenance people are employed during the Summer. There is no other neighborhood quite like it on the Lower Cape.
