Wonderful Vaction!

The owner is very easy to work with. He answered all questions and was very helpful! Our family loved the location of this home. It's on a quiet side street and just minutes from the amenities. The association amenities included 2 pools, a playground, club house, sports field, and dock/ocean area where you could use your canoe or kayak. The flat, grassy, fenced back yard was terrific for our son to play. There's also a spacious deck with ample seating. Inside was completely updated and immaculate. Having 2 full bathrooms was a definite plus. The water pressure in the showers was excellent. One of the bedrooms with a queen bed was apart from the other three bedrooms which would provide great privacy for grand parents, another couple, etc. One of the bedrooms had a full size desk which my husband was able to utilize as his home office. The closets in all the bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is very large and updated. Having a stainless side by side refrigerator with built in ice maker was very convenient. I enjoyed cooking on the new stainless gas stove. Neighbors and other families in the association were so friendly. My son always had many children to play with. The Starbucks and Main Street shops are just a 10 minute drive. The ferry to Marthas Vineyard was also very close about 5-10 minutes. I highly recommend this home. You won't be disappointed!!

Back to the lazy days of summer

Our Family recently vacationed at this lovely home in a very quiet neighborhood and we didn't want to leave. Everything about this newly renovated home and all of the amenities, helped make this a special vacation home away from home. We would like to thank the Berrigan family for a wonderful stay, a must rent location.
Our kids enjoyed the area and the activies, (for us it was great see the kids play like we did growing up, with other kids enjoying the summer like it was ment to be outside). We enjoyed relaxing at the pool club and driving to the center of town to dinner or to walk around.
It was easy to take day trips to the Vineyard,Massapee Shopping area, Woods Hole as well as Hyannis.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We just completed a 2 week stay in this beautiful property, hated to leave, and would love to rent it again another year. This is one case where the reality is BETTER than the photos. On a scale of 1 to 5, we'd give it a 5! The house is clean and comfortable, and the owner has provided many conveniences to make the stay as nice as possible for guests. He provides excellent service and good communication.
The price is right, location is great, and Falmouth is our favorite town on the Cape!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
