Full kitchen, laundry/walk-in closet, and spacious family room with cable HDTV, internet/Wi-fi. Bedroom/sitting area upstairs, with dressing area and bath, and a second entry to private brick patio terrace. Just a two minute walk to Shinnecock Bay, excellent location, 4.5 mi. from Village of Southampton.

This cottage was perfect - the location was great - easy to find - close to Southampton - easy access to the beach -
I stayed there with a couple of my girlfriends and there was plenty of room -
The kitchen is small but quite adequate ..
I would definitely recommend this cottage and I would not hestitate to stay there again
