Located among the Punta Mita and Litibú golf courses, 50 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta's International Airport and only 8 minutes away from the Gourmet Area of Punta Mita. It is close to large developments, but far from noise and crowds.

Studio Mar has a queen size bed, dressing room, bathroom and its kitchenette is equipped with refrigerator, stove and microwave. Large front terrace overlooking beach and ocean view.

Studio Sol has a queen size bed, a twin size bed, dressing room, bathroom and its kitchenette is equipped with refrigerator, stove and microwave. Terrace overlooking beach and ocean view.

The studios and facilities are for adults only.

Easy access to the pool, jacuzzi and the beach.

Indispensable to use the shower before entering the pool or jacuzzi to remove suntan, oils or sand.

The hours of the pool and jacuzzi are from 8:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs, with swimsuit and without food, drinks or cigarettes.

Smoking is permited outside the rooms.

We invite you to live the experience of enjoy a pristine beach where you can swim, snorkel, fishing, kayaking or just walking and fill you of the tremendous energy that exists in this place.

About The Owner

After a few years of living and enjoying Riviera Nayarit and Puerto Vallarta, we decided to build our home on this heaven to dwell in it and also to share with our family and friends. And also for our future friends who are looking for a quaint place to rest and fall in love with.

Why The Owner chose Punta Mita

This was the perfect place to achieve our goal; not only for its remarkable beauty, its beaches and mountains, but because of its weather and particularly its safety, for this location is sheltered from hurricanes thanks to the mountain range of the Sierra Madre del Sur, making it the one of the safest beach spots in Mexico to invest, and thus protecting our estate.

What makes this studio unique

Regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches in Riviera Nayarit for its sand, environment and amazing weather. It is close to large developments, but far from noise and crowds. This is an excellent place to rest or enjoy an unforgettable honeymoon.

This wonderful place exceeded expectations in every respect. The suite was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. Sergio, our host, was extremely gracious and helpful. The beach was specatcular, we seldom saw more than 3 or 4 people on it. A very short drive away, Punta Da Mita and the Four Seasons Resort provided great restaurantsif you felt like eating out. Thirty or forty minutes in the other direction the busy towns of Suyalita and Las Pancho were fun to explore if you wanted something a little busier than spectacular Playa Careyeros. Will definitely be back!

I went with my wife last week to this extraordinary place and we had a great experience, the place is gorgeous and first class service.

I recommend 100% this place to spend some time to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach of Careyeros.

Amazing Place!!! There are no words to describe the Incredible View. The property is in Excellent condition with super friendly Staff. Will definitely go back soon. If you are looking for a place to Relax and enjoy the beautiful Sunset without the crowds of many other places, this is it.

WIFE AND I STAYED FOR A FEW DAYS RECENTLY AND WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. RECENTLY COMPLETED PROPERTY, ON A SUPERB BEACH, AND CLOSE TO MANY WORLD CLASS GOLF COURSES. THE KITCHENETTES WERE A PLUS, AS WE LIKE TO PREPARE MOST OF OUR FOODS. PRICING WAS GREAT FOR THIS AREA AND THE OWNER WAS VERY HELPFUL.
WE HAVE STAYED IN PV MANY TIMES AND THIS WAS A PLEASANT RELIEF FROM THE CITY.
