hometown and brother lives in area

What makes this house unique

House has pool with cabana bar with outside TV and sink/refrigerator and enclosed shower, has great eastern views off upper deck with an enclosed porch, walking distance to Sandbridge beach, on canal that leads to Back Bay from our dock with our canoe.

My brother who is a co-owner of the house runs Backbay Getaways where you can rent kayaks, bikes, pantoon boat, surfboards or take a guided tour of Backbay. He also runs the Baja restaurant and Bayview lounge where he will make sure you have a great time!
