New! 'Eternal Sunshine' - Beautiful 4 bedroom house in the Villages of Crystal Beach sleeps 10!

Great location in the heart of Crystal Beach; only blocks from beach in new gated community. The community includes a 30,000 square foot lagoon pool with hot tub, tiki bar, and grilling area! Most amazing pool and entertainment center in all of Crystal Beach. There is even a short order cook there in the peak rental times!

Community also offers trolley service to and from beach and to and from nearby Destin Commons shopping area.

There are wonderful shops and restaurants close by and great attractions such as golf courses, Big Kahuna waterpark, boating, fishing, and watersports.

House is new and completely appointed with everything you'll need while renting! It is nicely furnished and beautifully decorated. Downstairs has travertine floors and kitchen and bathrooms all have granite countertops and nice cabinetry. You can grill at home and relax on the balcony with a drink!

Beautiful House - great location!

Our family of 4 recently stayed at Eternal Sunshine with my father and aunt and the house was a perfect spot for us! There are essentially 2 master bedrooms plus another two large rooms so we had plenty of sleeping space and privacy when needed. The decor is perfect for a Florida get away and the kitchen was fully stocked to cook - just like at home! Even granite counter tops stainless appliances. The house was spotless and well appointed bedding and towels made us really comfortable as well.

The location is great and the beach is short walk away or you can ride a trolley which was very convenient with the kids and beach chairs, bags, coolers, etc to bring on the beach. We also loved the pool area and was a nice break from the beach. it is private so was not over crowded and felt like a resort! Also very close to all the restaurants and shops too!

It was very easy to book with the owner and got back to us quickly with any questions prior....we will definitely look to stay here again!

Everything was Perfect

The house was in great shape and was the perfect location. The house is in a gated community and all the homes are kept up nicely The beach was a short walk but when we call the trolley and he came right away. Grandkids loved taking the trolley. Shopping was right across the street. Rent a boat and go to Crab Island. Kelly the owner was great to work with answering all of our questions.
We would definitely rent this house again.

Very Nice Place to Stay!

We really enjoyed the gated community and the pool is outstanding. You can use the trolley service but we chose to walk to the beach because the weather was great. It was clean when we arrived and well maintained. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Destin area. If you go to eat at Fudpuckers expect at least and hour and half wait and then 45 minutes to get your food. We did the 2hr dolphin tour with Olin Marler and it was great. The Harbour walk is a must see while your there. They have things for the kids and adults. If you can find Olin Marler you have found The Harbour Walk. Thanks Kelly for a great stay! Thanks to Micah for getting gas for the grill for us so quickly.

Eternal Sunshine is a beautiful house in a great gated community. The community is conveniently located near shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. The trolley provides easy access to the prestine beaches of Destin. I hope to be able to return to the area and would rent this house again next time!

A must stay!!!

We chose this rental based on location and the conversation we had with the owner. We cannot say enough about both! The location is absolutely perfect! We rarely needed as car as we were close to both the beach and Destin Commons (shopping and a great playground) which were perfect for our 2 year old. We spent Christmas and New Years here and made many wonderful memories! The house was very well equipped and it felt like home. The owner went out of her way to meet our needs, was very friendly, and even recommended some great local places for us to try! The property manager was also very helpful and nice! From check in to check out, our stay here was smooth and effortless.
